Job description
General Assembly AssociateWe are seeking a dedicated General Assembly Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a repetitive manufacturing environment and possess some mechanical aptitude. This position requires the ability to stand for the entire shift and a willingness to perform various tasks across different functions.Key Responsibilities:Perform general labor tasks, including assembly, loading, and unloading of materials.Assist with shipping and receiving operations as needed.Operate machinery and tools as required, ensuring safety and efficiency.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Be flexible and willing to cross-train in different areas of the manufacturing process.Qualifications:Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude; candidates with outdoor or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.Familiarity with working around industrial equipment and heaters.Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift and move materials as needed.Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the entire shift.
