Job description
Assembler PositionWe are seeking skilled Assemblers to join our team. The role involves assembling products following blueprints and engineering specifications, using various tools and techniques. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesRead, comprehend, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and other written instructions to accurately assemble products.Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools and power tools.Apply gluing and sealing techniques using compounds like Loctite, epoxy, and RTV.Handle various sizes of materials, from heavy parts to small intricate ones.Perform soldering and assembly of various parts to VW transducers.Conduct quality testing and inspection to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.Identify and report product defects to appropriate personnel.Rework and repair assembled products according to engineering specification changes.Maintain accurate records and logs.Handle ESD sensitive materials and equipment.Education and Experience RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.1-3 years of assembly experience.Other RequirementsAbility to follow written and verbal work instructions and blueprints for complex and standard product assembly.Ability to maintain equipment and a clean work environment.Compliance with all company policies and procedures.Willingness to perform other related duties as assigned.Authorization to work in the United States.LocationThis position is based in (City, State), a vibrant area known for its (brief factual pitch about the city/state).Benefits PEAK's benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCA), and 401K plan.
