General Cardiology | Covington, Louisiana
General Cardiology opportunity in Covington, Louisiana. Join a thriving, physician-led cardiovascular program offering a salary range of $530,000-$630,000, loan repayment, relocation assistance, shared call, and a brand-new outpatient heart center. Practice details include:
Compensation range of $530,000-$630,000 annually
Student loan reimbursement up to $60,000 over three years
Relocation assistance up to $10,000
CME allowance of $3,500 annually
Five days of CME time annually
Three-year employment agreement providing long-term stability

Practice within a private, not-for-profit community health system
281-bed regional medical center
Brand-new outpatient cardiology center opened in 2026
Four echocardiography rooms
Two TEE and stress testing suites
Fifteen pre- and post-procedure recovery rooms
Dedicated cardiovascular pre-admission testing services
Structural heart clinic available within the program
Strong referral network supported by nearly 100 primary care physicians
Established cardiology team consisting of Interventional Cardiologists, General Cardiologists, Electrophysiology, and Advanced Practice Providers
