Job description
Dorsia is seeking a General Counsel to own the legal function as our sole in-house lawyer, managing governance, equity administration, investor relations, financings and acquisitions. You’ll advise on product, regulatory and privacy matters, oversee employment initiatives, negotiate commercial agreements, and partner with leadership to embed AI-native legal workflows across the organization.
JD and active bar membership required; 7+ years in corporate/commercial law at a startup or high-growth
