Job description
Andsimple in Seattle seeks a General Counsel to build the legal infrastructure for a newly established family office managing significant wealth across generations. The role spans wealth, investments, real estate and compliance, and begins as a sole contributor.
You will report to the Principals and CEO, collaborate on infrastructure development, oversee real estate contracts, conduct due diligence, coordinate estate planning, and provide ad hoc legal counsel as the office expands.
