Role Overview

Apply your commercial legal expertise to improve next-generation AI systems through practical contract playbooks, agreement analysis, and high-quality expert feedback. This document-driven contractor role focuses on translating real-world contract negotiation and management knowledge into training materials. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Create, review, and refine contract-negotiation playbooks for varied business scenarios and company requirements.

Draft, analyze, and annotate commercial agreements with clarity, precision, and attention to relevant standards.

Provide expert guidance on contract-management practices, negotiation strategies, contract review, and risk assessment.

Evaluate existing contract templates and identify improvements to efficiency and risk mitigation.

Source and supply eligible transaction materials that support the documentation objectives.

Provide clear written and verbal feedback that strengthens AI system understanding and outputs.

Qualifications

Current or prior experience as a General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, or Assistant General Counsel.

Strong experience developing or using corporate contract-negotiation playbooks.

Demonstrated commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and contract-management expertise.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and clarity.

Experience with document-driven assignments, including sourcing and submitting eligible materials.

Ability to work independently and deliver concise, actionable insights.

Work Terms

Remote, independent contractor engagement.

The work is centered on contract documentation and eligible transaction materials.

Compensation

$100 to $200 per hour.

Eligibility

You are directly responsible for sourcing and supplying documentation.
