General Dentist Huntsville, AL Metro
Position Highlights Work-Life Balance: 4-day workweek (Tuesday - Friday / Monday - Thurs, with no nights, weekends, or call
Modern Practice: State-of-the-art office with CBCT imaging, intraoral scanners, and strong hygiene support
Leadership Opportunity: Solo/lead dentist role with autonomy, mentorship, and partnership potential after 2 years
Compensation & Benefits Earning Potential: 30% of adjusted production with $350,000+ annual income potential
Income Support: $850/day guarantee for first 3 months + $10,000 sign-on/relocation bonus

Qualifications Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited program
Licensure: Active Alabama license or ability to obtain
Clinical Scope: Comfortable with comprehensive general dentistry; interest in restorative, cosmetic, and/or implant dentistry preferred
Experience Level: Open to both experienced dentists and early-career providers
