DDS/DMD Degree : Active and unrestricted Illinois license.

Physical Requirements
Essential Duties Performance : Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.

Virtual and In‑Person Training : Availability to attend periodic virtual training sessions.
Tuberculosis (TB) Testing : Required for all new hires in dental office positions.
