Practice Dentistry With the Support to Grow

Watts Dental is seeking an ambitious Associate General Dentist who wants more than just a production-based job. We're looking for a provider who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care while continuing to develop clinically, professionally, and personally.

With in-house specialists, IV sedation, advanced technology, and a full-service cosmetic laboratory, our practice gives dentists the resources and support needed to expand their skills and confidently provide comprehensive care. Your Opportunity

As a General Dentist with Watts Dental, you'll have the autonomy to provide exceptional clinical care while benefiting from the support of an experienced team.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based clinical practices.

Develop comprehensive treatment plans that improve patient health and confidence.

Perform a broad range of general dental procedures.

Collaborate with specialists and support staff to ensure outstanding treatment outcomes.

Educate patients on treatment recommendations and long-term oral health.

Who We're Looking For

Desired Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.

Active Florida dental license or ability to obtain one.

Strong clinical judgment and patient-focused approach.
