This is a great opportunity for a dentist who wants strong earning potential, a broad clinical mix, and a team that is focused on making dentistry feel approachable, comfortable, and personal for patients. You’ll be joining a practice that serves families, working professionals, and patients with a wide range of dental needs.
Clinical Scope
Smokey Point Family Dentistry offers a wide range of care, including family dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, emergency dentistry, implant restorations, dentures, crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and implant placement.
For the right provider, this is not a narrow “fillings and hygiene checks only” role. It is an opportunity to diagnose comprehensive care, build trust with patients, and make a visible impact in a busy community practice.
Modern technology includes intra-oral scanner, digital pan, CBCT, implant system and more.
What You Can Expect
Estimated earnings of $200,000–$300,000 per year
$10,000 signing bonus

Supportive clinical and administrative team
PPO/Cash patient base
30+ new patients per month per doctor

Your Impact
Provide high-quality general dentistry in a patient-centered setting
Diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver comprehensive care
Build trust with patients through clear communication and clinical confidence
Partner with the hygiene, assistant, and front office teams to create a smooth patient experience
Support a positive, collaborative team culture
Help patients understand their treatment options and move forward with care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards
The Dentist We’re Looking For
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
2+ years of clinical experience
Available by late August
Active Washington dental license, or ability to obtain one
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care
Confidence in bread-and-butter general dentistry
Interest in a broad clinical scope
Strong communication skills
Teamwork
Desire to build long-term patient relationships
Comfort working with families, adults, and patients with varying levels of dental need
