Looking for a skilled General Dentist to join our practice team. This is a great opportunity for a licensed dental professional who values patient care and wants to work closely with an experienced dental laboratory team to deliver high-quality restorative outcomes, in an environment that supports ongoing professional growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients
Deliver general and restorative dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, and bridges
Collaborate with the dental laboratory team to ensure restorations meet clinical and aesthetic requirements
Review case details, digital scans, and impressions to communicate clear specifications to laboratory technicians
Educate patients on treatment options, oral health, and preventive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Coordinate with front office and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling
Stay current on dental techniques, materials, and best practices
What We're Looking For
DDS or DMD degree
Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of New Jersey
Experience providing general and restorative dental care; new graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply
Solid understanding of dental anatomy, restorative principles, and treatment planning
Comfort working with digital dental workflows and coordinating with laboratory teams
Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
Attention to detail and commitment to quality patient outcomes
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
