Company Description Boulevard Dental Citrus Park is a community-focused dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in Citrus Park, FL. Role Description We have a very unique legacy side of the practice - treating Medicaid kids, aged 10-20. The kids are easy to work on, allowing for treatment to be very efficient. The General Dentist will provide limited exams, root cansls and crowns in a very streamlined system. Day-to-day responsibilities will focus entirely on treatment as well as training your clinical team to meet your needs - though they are exprienced with the system and well trained already. The role involves reviewing patient histories, interpreting diagnostic tests and radiographs, and maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation. The dentist will collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff to ensure coordinated, efficient care and a positive patient experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Citrus Park, FL.
This role has traditionally afforded an opportunity to make anywhere from $1,500-$2,000 per day with diligence, focus and dedication due to our extensive referral base and in-office system. The dentist will receive a high daily salary as well as a high percentage of daily collections. Our office hopes to eventually phase out the Medicaid side of the practice to focus on traditional high quality PPO/FFS patients. But for at least the next few years we will continue to provide this very lucrative and in-demand service to the community.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution and an active, unrestricted Florida dental license
Proficiency in general dentistry procedures, including doagnosis, enfodontics and crowns.
Commitment to infection control standards, safety protocols, and accurate clinical record-keeping - our digital system makes this easy!
Prior experience in molar endodontics is preferred, though the desire to do endodontics and work quickly snd efficiently is what is truley what is needed.
Our plan is to eventually rotate out of this medicaid part of the office, but for now we are continuing the great legacy of patient care for medicaid older children that we have provided for many years.
