About The Practice
Location: El Paso, Texas
Position: General Dentist
Current Staff: Hygienists + trained clinical support
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM
Annual Clinic Production: ~$700,000
Payor Mix: PPO, cash pay, and ~30% Medicaid
This practice offers a steady, established patient base and a balanced payor mix that supports strong, predictable earnings.

Responsibilities & Expectations
Deliver high-quality general dentistry across a wide procedural mix
Treat patients of all ages with professionalism and strong clinical judgment
Manage and grow an established patient base
Ensure accurate and compliant documentation
Collaborate with hygienists and support staff for smooth patient flow
Contribute to the continued growth of the practice
Actively prepare for future partnership by adopting a business-minded, ownership-oriented approach
Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards
Ideal Candidate Profile
Brings an entrepreneurial, partner-first mindset
Interested in long‑term growth and ownership
Comfortable with a productive schedule
Strong communicator and team collaborator
Experience: Open to new grads — mentorship provided by Dr. Williams for the first 6 months
Experienced providers also highly encouraged to apply
