Malpractice coverage provided by MAH
Daily average earnings of $1,500+ (approx.)
Duties
Conduct initial screenings
Conduct comprehensive oral exams
Establish treatment plans
Fluoride treatments
Sealants
Prophylaxis
Fillings
Simple extractions
Qualifications
Proficiency in all listed duties
Current Kentucky Dental License
Must be Medicaid certified or willing to become certified
Willingness to travel within a 2-hour radius
Current CPR certification for healthcare providers
