A well-established, modern practice in Fayetteville is seeking a skilled General Dentist to join a strong clinical team and support continued growth. This is a prime opportunity to step into a busy schedule, access advanced technology, and quickly build production in a supportive, well-staffed environment.

4 Dental Assistants
2 hygiene columns per doctor
Operatories
6 total operatories (2 per doctor + 1 overflow each)
Schedule
Monday–Friday (open to Tuesday–Friday)
Full-time opportunity with stable patient flow

Compensation Model:
30–35%+ of Adjusted Production
Daily guarantee for first 90 days to support ramp-up
