GENERAL DENTIST - FULL-TIME

The Center for Dental Excellence in Flossmoor, Illinois, is looking for a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Full-Time General Dentist to join our team!
With a comprehensive range of dental services, modern technology, and a strong hygiene program, our practice offers an exciting opportunity for a dentist who enjoys clinical variety and building lasting patient relationships.

STRONG EARNING POTENTIAL! $150,000-$200,000+ annually, with compensation of up to 35% of collections.
CONSISTENT PATIENT FLOW! Approximately 10-15 doctor patients per day, depending on provider preferences.
ROBUST HYGIENE PROGRAM! Approximately 14 hygiene exams per day provide consistent opportunities for patient care and treatment planning.
COMPREHENSIVE DENTISTRY! Enjoy a variety of restorative, cosmetic, and general dentistry procedures.
MODERN TECHNOLOGY! Work with digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, CBCT, and other tools that support high-quality care.

You'll have the opportunity to utilize your clinical skills across a wide range of procedures while working closely with our team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Crowns and bridges
Restorative and cosmetic dentistry
Extractions
Our typical daily schedule includes:
Approximately 10-15 doctor patients per day, depending on provider preferences.
Approximately 14 hygiene exams per day.
A diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors.
Opportunities to provide comprehensive treatment and build long-term patient relationships.

Insurance Mix: 53% PPO / 47% Fee-for-Service

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an experienced General Dentist who takes pride in providing exceptional clinical care and creating a positive experience for every patient.
Strong clinical skills and sound treatment-planning judgment.

Ability to work efficiently in a busy dental environment while maintaining high standards of care.

Commitment to building strong relationships with patients and teammates.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$150,000-$200,000+ annual earning potential.
Compensation of up to 35% of collections.
Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for eligible full-time employees working 30+ hours per week.

YOUR WORK SCHEDULE
Your schedule will fall within the following office hours:
Monday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (2 Saturdays per month)
