Kildaire Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our well-established, growing private practice in Cary, NC.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dentist who wants to step into a full, established patient base with strong earning potential, modern technology, and significant opportunities for professional and financial growth.

Monday Thursday schedule enjoy a consistent four-day clinical workweek
Flexible compensation during your first year a daily rate or percentage of production whichever is greatest
Production-based compensation after year one
Potential 3-year pathway to partnership for the dentist interested in ownership completely optional
Modern, beautiful office designed to provide an exceptional patient and provider experience
Advanced technology , including an iTero digital scanner
CBCT coming this year , further expanding the practice's diagnostic and treatment capabilities
Excellent opportunity to grow clinically, professionally, and financially alongside an established practice
The Opportunity This is an ideal position for a dentist who wants the advantages of an established practice without sacrificing the opportunity to grow.
You will have the support of an established team, a full patient base, modern technology, and the opportunity to build your clinical skill set and production over time. For the right dentist, there is also a defined pathway toward partnership after three years but there is absolutely no obligation to pursue ownership.

Schedule Monday Thursday 7-4 but we can accommodate for the right provider
