The Dentist We’re Looking For
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Kansas dental license, or ability to obtain one
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care
Confident in bread-and-butter general dentistry
Clear and compassionate patient communication
Calm, reassuring chairside presence
Comfortable caring for patients with dental anxiety
Team-first mindset
Strong work ethic and desire to grow
Interest in comprehensive care and long-term patient relationships
What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality general dentistry in a comprehensive family practice setting
Diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver patient-centered care
Build trust with patients through clear communication and clinical confidence
Help anxious patients feel comfortable, informed, and respected
Partner with hygiene, assistants, and front office team members to create a smooth patient experience
Support a positive, team-first office culture
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards
Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the practice
