Job description
We are seeking a General Dentist to provide maternity leave coverage at a busy, well-established outpatient dental clinic in Maryville, Illinois, This locum tenens assignment offers a consistent weekday schedule, no call responsibilities, and the opportunity to practice full-scope general dentistry with strong clinical and administrative support.
This is an excellent short-term opportunity for a provider looking for predictable hours, a supportive team environment, and a broad mix of procedures while maintaining work-life balance. Schedule & Assignment Details
* Shifts: Day shifts only
* Call: None
* Weekends: None
Weekly Schedule
* Tuesdays: 7:45am 6:00pm
* Wednesdays: 6:45am 5:00pm
* Thursdays: 6:45am 3:00pm
* Fridays: 6:45am 2:00pm
Practice Setting & Work Environment
* Facility Type: Outpatient Dental Clinic
* EMR: Dentrix
* Patient Population: Adult patients with some cooperative pediatric cases
* Support Staff: Fully staffed clinical and administrative support
Scope of Practice & Procedures
* Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
* Full and partial dentures
* Root canals
* Simple and surgical extractions
* Hygiene checks
* Invisalign
* Implant placement and implant restoration
Preferred (Not Required):
* Wave One Rotary system experience
* Invisalign experience
