Summary of Compensation
Average earning potential $250,000–$550,000 (including new graduates)
Daily minimum guarantee of $800–$1,000
30–35% of production on all services, including X‑rays (plus location premiums)
Two weeks paid vacation
Cash bonuses up to $80,000
Long‑term cash incentives up to $60,000
Full medical benefits (including family)
Malpractice coverage
H‑1B, TN, and Green Card sponsorship
$3,000 continuing‑education allowance per year (plus enrollment in FamiliaU™ mentorship program)

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality dental care to patients
Create treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during consultations
Review treatment plans with families and obtain informed consent for services
Deliver quality dental care to every patient
Repair decayed and broken teeth; perform extractions and restore edentulous areas
Adhere to federal, state, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations
Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff
Maintain a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment
