General Dentist (Part-Time with Growth Opportunity)

Join a Premier Dental Practice Focused on Excellence, Mentorship, and Long-Term Growth. Eby Dental Care, a highly respected and patient-centered dental practice in Okemos, Michigan, is seeking a dedicated General Dentist to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity for expanded responsibilities and hours as clinical skills, experience, and patient relationships grow.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dentist who is passionate about providing outstanding patient care and is eager to learn from one of Michigan's most respected clinicians. The selected candidate will receive top-tier mentorship from Dr. Eric Eby, who currently teaches at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, gaining valuable clinical insights and real-world practice management experience. We are looking for a doctor who is committed to excellence in dentistry, values exceptional customer service, and is dedicated to maintaining the 5-star reputation that Eby Dental Care has built within the community.

Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive, high-quality dental care to patients of all ages
Develop strong relationships built on trust, communication, and exceptional service
Diagnose and present treatment plans with confidence and compassion
Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to create outstanding patient experiences
Uphold the clinical standards and values that have earned Eby Dental Care its excellent community reputation
Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active Michigan dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
Strong clinical foundation and commitment to continuing education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for patient care, service excellence, and lifelong learning
Desire to build a long-term career within a thriving practice environment
New graduates and early-career dentists with a strong growth mindset are encouraged to apply
