Job description
Northwoods Dentistry, SC is a well-established, community-focused dental practice located in Park Falls, WI , offering a unique blend of clinical autonomy, strong patient flow, and long-term ownership opportunity .
You’ll step into an established office with ~1,800 active patients , a full schedule , and a seasoned, energetic team that is known for being supportive, respectful, and fun to work with . While you will serve as the lead provider in your location , you’ll also have access to multiple doctors across the organization for mentorship, collaboration, and clinical support .

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Structure:
Generous guaranteed base salary
35% of individual collections
Expected Earnings: $200,000 - $300,000+ annually (based on production)
Collections Insight:
Collections average 99%+ of net production
100% of lab fees covered by the practice
In-network with Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield , out-of-network with others to maintain strong reimbursement rates
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (paid after graduation/licensure approval)
Additional Financial Benefits:
$5,000 annual CE allowance
Moving expenses reimbursement available
Malpractice insurance fully covered

The Opportunity
This is a full-time general dentistry role offering a 4-day work week, strong clinical autonomy, and immediate patient demand .
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
No weekends - built for work-life balance
You will step into a busy schedule from day one , supported by an experienced team and strong patient base.
Clinical Scope Includes:
General and restorative dentistry
Cosmetic procedures
Clear aligners
Implants
Periodontal treatments
TMJ treatment
Botox and additional advanced procedures
You are encouraged to practice to your comfort level , with the ability to refer within the group or expand your skillset over time .

Lead provider in your office
Strong clinical independence
Access to multiple doctors for mentorship, case collaboration, and guidance

The ideal candidate is:
A licensed General Dentist (or eligible in Wisconsin)
