Compensation & Benefits
33%-35% of adjusted production for General Dentists
Up to 37% of adjusted production for Pediatric Dentists
Guaranteed salarHealth insurance available
$1,000 annual CE reimbursement
Dental license reimbursement
DEA reimbursement
Strong earning potentialy during ramp-up period (3-6 months, negotiable)
Historically associate earnings exceeding $300,000 annually
