About the Position
A full‑time General Dentist is needed in the Orange Park / Jacksonville area. The role requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in all aspects of general dentistry. The ideal candidate is available for 4 days per week , though the practice is open to considering a 3‑day schedule for the right doctor.
Hybrid Office Arrangement
The opportunity may function as a hybrid role between two well‑established offices located in Orange Park, FL and Jacksonville, FL . The primary office in Orange Park is a long‑standing general dentistry practice known for comprehensive family care and a strong community reputation. The secondary office in Jacksonville is also modern, structured to support a productive associate, and aligns closely with the Orange Park practice in clinical workflow and patient base.
Clinical Expectations & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in general dentistry
Confident in extractions, endodontics, implant placement, restorative and cosmetic procedures
Seasoned clinician with leadership qualities, contributing to a positive team culture and strong practice production
Experience with a high‑volume, well‑established patient base and efficient front‑office systems
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Structure: $900/day guarantee for the first 5 months, then transition to 32‑34% of net collections depending on experience
Sign‑on Bonus: $10,000
