General Dentist Opportunity in Arizona Metro
Our practice is known for their collaborative culture, modern technology, and strong commitment to patient care. We're seeking a motivated General Dentist ready to step into a busy, team-oriented environment with significant earning potential and a clear path to partnership.
About the Practice
Established office with a large, loyal patient base and continuous new patient flow
Comprehensive team including 2-3 support staff dedicated to you
2-4 designated operatories for incoming Dentist
Equipped with CBCT and two CEREC units/mills
Strong community reputation and long-term staff support with community volunteering involvement
Position Highlights
Flexible scheduling and 4 day work week option
Compensation based on adjusted production, with most providers earning $250,000-$350,000+ annually
