General Dentist Private Practice $700/Day Guarantee + Mentorship

Salary & Compensation
Daily Guarantee: $700/day guaranteed for the first 6 months, OR 33% of collections whichever is greater.
Retention Bonus: $20,000 total sign-on/retention bonus (Structured as $5K at signing, $5K at 90 days, $5K at 12 months, and $5K at 24 months).
Relocation Assistance: Up to $2,500 reimbursement against receipts.
Continuing Education: $1,500/year CE stipend.

What We Are Looking For
Active New York State Dental License (or eligibility to obtain one).
Current DEA registration and ACLS certification.
New graduates are highly welcome! We specifically built our 6-month guarantee extension and mentorship framework to help new doctors confidently transition into high-production clinical environments.
