Become the Primary Dentist at Raio Dental Plainview

Raio Dental Plainview is seeking an ambitious, growth-minded General Dentist to become the practice’s full time provider and clinical leader.

This is a turnkey opportunity for a dentist who wants to build a highly productive practice, lead an excellent clinical team, and benefit from strong patient intake—without assuming the financial and administrative burdens of practice ownership.

The six-operatory practice features four operatories for the dentists and two supporting an established hygiene program with two hygienists. An experienced Practice Manager leads the day-to-day operation and excels at treatment coordination, patient communication, and helping patients move forward with comprehensive care.

Located in a multi-provider medical building, Raio Dental Plainview offers the accessibility and professional setting of an established healthcare destination. The office combines the personal experience and clinical autonomy of private practice with the technology, marketing, recruiting, credentialing, and operational resources of United Dental Corporation.

The dentist will have the opportunity to become the clinical face of the practice, take ownership of its growth, and benefit directly from increasing production.

Clinical Growth Opportunities

A broad clinical scope will create meaningful upside in this practice. Experience with implant restoration, endodontics, oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, and comprehensive restorative care is highly valued.

The ability to place implants would be an especially strong addition, allowing more patient care to remain within the practice, although implant-placement experience is not required.

Clear-aligner experience is also welcome, but prior Invisalign certification is not required. Through our corporate relationship with Align Technology, the selected dentist can receive complimentary Invisalign certification and continuing education in clear-aligner therapy.
