General Dentist — Roseville, California

Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active California dental license in good standing, or the ability to obtain one before beginning employment
Current CPR certification
Active DEA registration and NPI, or the ability to obtain them
Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
Schedule
7:00 am to 3:30 pm - Monday/Wednesday/Friday
9:30 am to 6:00 pm - Tuesday/Thursday
Compensation
Percentage of production ranges from 30 - 32%. Annual income ranges from $150,000 - $400,000
