Position Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventive, restorative, and diagnostic services for children and teens
Perform examinations, treatment planning, and patient consultations
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs
Educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care
Create a comfortable, positive, and welcoming experience for every patient
Deliver high-quality dental procedures while maintaining excellent clinical standards
Collaborate with pediatric dentists, specialists, and support teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation according to regulatory standards
Stay current with advancements in dental techniques and technology through continuing education
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and community outreach initiatives

Position Requirements
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
Valid state dental license or ability to obtain licensure in Missouri
General Dentists with 1–2 years of experience preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply
Strong clinical skills and commitment to providing quality dental care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to connect with children, teens, and families
Strong commitment to creating positive patient experiences
Ability to manage a diverse patient population and adapt care based on individual patient needs
Moderate Sedation Certification is a plus
