Assignment Details Location: Suamico, WI
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday Tuesday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Wednesday Thursday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM 12:00 PM
Setting: DSO
Travel: Travel and lodging assistance available; local candidates preferred
Position Details General Dentistry
EMR: Dentrix Ascend (Henry Schein One)
Supportive clinical team
Consistent full-time schedule
Weekly pay
Requirements Active Wisconsin Dental License
DEA Required
Standard certifications required
1+ year of experience preferred; 2 years preferred
Credentialing approximately 2 weeks prior to start
