Duties and Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
Diagnose and treat oral health conditions using evidence-based care
Develop and present treatment plans to patients
Maintain accurate clinical records in a timely manner
Collaborate with both clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality patient care
Uphold the highest standards of ethics, quality, and patient experience
Requirements
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
Active New York dental license (or eligibility)
Strong clinical skills and ability to plan effective treatments
Interest in long-term practice ownership and professional growth
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients
Compensation
