General Dentist - Family Dentistry
Texarkana, Arkansas Area Position Highlights General dentistry with pediatric focus
Flexible 4 or 5-day schedule; no weekends and no call
Doctor-owned private practice-not a DSO-with an established patient base and strong clinical support.
Patient-first culture with direct access to ownership, mentorship, case collaboration, training, and transparent communication
Potential future partnership/profit-sharing discussions for dentists demonstrating strong clinical performance and long-term commitment
Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation: Experienced dentists may receive approximately $245,000 base plus 33-36% production/collections incentives
Total earnings may reach the high $200Ks to $350K+ based on performance
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 with receipts
Comprehensive Benefits: Employer-paid health insurance for the dentist, family dental coverage, life/AD&D, long-term disability, 401(k) with up to 4% employer match, 14 days PTO, six paid holidays, $2,000 annual CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and scrubs
Qualifications Degree: DDS or DMD.
Licensure: Arkansas dental license required before start date
Skillset: General dentistry including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and preventive care
Experienced dentists preferred; new graduates may be considered based on long-term interest and fit.
