Konikoff Dental Associates is looking for a passionate and skilled General Dentist to join our thriving team in Virginia Beach, VA. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to make a real impact, providing top-quality dental care in a supportive, patient-focused environment.
About Konikoff Dental Associates: For over 30 years we have been winning the hearts and smiles of families in Hampton Roads. We pride ourselves on providing a different kind of dental experience—one with a team dedicated to the highest quality of care and the idea that a trip to the dentist shouldn’t be scary. We provide specialty services all in‑practice and have 10 convenient locations throughout Hampton Roads.
What We Offer:
Up to $25k Sign On Bonus for qualified applicants
Full Time 4 Days/Week plus 1 Sat/mo (8am-12pm)
Clinical Autonomy to diagnose and treat patients
Compensation of $180,000-300,000+
PPO/Fee For Service - No Medicaid or HMO
Patient-Care Centric practice

Qualifications
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
Active dental license in the state of Virginia
Commitment to high-quality patient care and professional ethics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
