Job Description Job Description Dermatology & Skin Surgery Specialists is an established, independent, physician-owned dermatology practice in Scottsdale, Arizona. We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible general dermatologist to join our collaborative, patient-focused team. We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates.
We provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology with an emphasis on evidence-based medicine, individualized care, and an excellent patient experience. Our physicians have the flexibility and support to build a practice around their interests-whether focused on medical, procedural, cosmetic dermatology, or a combination. We provide the clinical and administrative support to help each physician grow their patient base and develop a practice they are excited about.
Our independent structure provides meaningful physician autonomy, direct access to practice leadership, and the ability to make decisions locally and efficiently. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
Established, independent, physician-owned dermatology practice
Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities; full-time physicians typically work four clinical days (32 clinical hours per week)
Flexibility to build a medical, procedural, cosmetic, or combination practice based on individual interests
Meaningful physician autonomy and input into clinical practice

ModMed electronic medical record and practice management
Guaranteed first-year base salary, adjusted to the agreed schedule, with uncapped productivity-based earning potential

Established full-time dermatologists in our practice have historically earned approximately $425,000-$500,000 annually while working a four-day clinical schedule (32 clinical hours per week). Actual compensation varies based on individual productivity and collections.
