Conditions of the Position:
Be able and willing to work Monday through Saturday between 5:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m., with flexible start and end times
Position is ~90% operational/10% administrative
When have 4 operational directors on staff, one Saturday off per month; when have 6+ operational directors on staff, two Saturdays off per month
Have the stamina to work 45 to 50 hours per week
Willingness to, on occasion, flex schedule to cover shifts as needed for business
Have a valid driver’s license
Have a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Wages and Benefits:
Hourly rate starts at $21.00 per hour, based on experience & qualifications, more depending on qualifications
Annual rate $51,555 at 45 hours per week
Sundays off plus another weekday, as determined with colleagues/scheduling needs
Benefits package includes
$500 per month towards medical premium
