Job description
Central Coast Head and Neck Surgeons was established in 1989 and has 9 partners. The practice provides full spectrum care to diverse population spanning the county and beyond. It is affiliated with the 3 main hospitals in the county and utilizes the Monterey Peninsula Surgery Center which has 5 locations.

Required Qualifications:
Board certified or eligible in general otolaryngology starting summer of 2027.
Key responsibilities:
Provide full spectrum of otolaryngology to a diverse population.
Participate in 1 in 4 call rotation covering Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital and Natividad Medical Center (level 2 trauma center).

Highly respected ENT group in the county with 9 partners. (5 partners in the 2 Salinas offices).
In-house ultrasound and CT.
On staff at two hospitals, Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital and Natividad Medical Center
Experienced colleagues to support collaboration and growth.
In house audiology with full spectrum of diagnostics and hearing aids.
Associate for one year with guaranteed base salary and production incentives on top. Typical associate makes $500,000+.
Partner in one year with full time income ranging from $800,000 - $1,000,000+.
Moving assistance.
Medical, Dental, Health Savings Account, 401k.
Surgery Center ownership.
Compensated call.
Not a top down practice. Partners are equal regardless of time in practice.
Partners in our office retire from the practice rather than leave.
