Job description
General ForemanIntermountain Electric, Inc. (IME) is seeking a General Foreman to join their growing team!As a General Foreman at IME, you will oversee the development of schedules, implement comprehensive job plans, and ensure seamless execution of projects. Depending on the size and complexity of the job, your responsibilities may extend to higher levels of supervision. In certain assignments, you may also perform hands-on work with tools.You will play a key role in pre-construction planning, construction execution, and project closeout, collaborating with the Estimator, Senior Superintendent, and Project Manager to ensure project success.Working Conditions:The majority of the time you will work on construction job sites. When on construction job sites you will encounter typical construction conditions including extreme temperatures, noise, dust, mud debris, welding, leading edge, trenching, and shoring, sometimes in a confined space. You may be required to visit multiple locations during any one day.Benefits Overview:This position is governed by a collective bargaining agreement, which outlines the applicable terms and conditions.
