Job description
General & Functional Neurosurgeon at AdventHealth Daytona Beach
AdventHealth Daytona Beach and AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neurosurgeon to join our established and well-rounded Neurosurgery program. This opportunity offers the chance to join a group of five experienced surgeons while helping enhance and cultivate the program throughout the East Florida Division.
Practice Highlights
Full-scope Neurosurgery
Mix of craniotomy, spinal cases, minimally invasive, and endoscopic procedures
Open surgery, microsurgery, and peripheral nerve
Functional Neurosurgery
Treatment of movement disorders, Parkinson's disease, and epilepsy through Deep Brain Stimulation and other appropriate therapies
Dedicated Neuro ICU with epilepsy monitoring
Stereotactic surgery
APP support both inpatient and outpatient, including weekend and night coverage
Additional operating rooms being added in 2026
Group call coverage
Not a trauma hospital

Board Certification or eligibility in Neurosurgery through ABNS
