The Floater/Helper PositionThe Floater/Helper position is designed to provide operational assistance, setup support, material handling, and relief coverage across all designated machine centers:Primary duties will continue to include assisting primary operators, machine setup, performing material loading/unloading, basic quality checks, minor preventative maintenance, and maintaining machine center cleanliness.Daily task assignments among the machine centers remain at the reasonable discretion of management based on production needs.About UsPratt Industries is America's 5th largest corrugated packaging company and the world's largest privately-held producer of 100% recycled containerboard.
