General Helper in Red Lion, PA | Temp-to-Hire OpportunityLooking for a hands-on position where you can stay active, work with a solid team, and build a long-term career? We're hiring a General Helper for a growing manufacturing environment in Red Lion, PA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule and room to grow.Pay rate of $18.15 - $20.15 per hour with weekly full-time hours.Schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 5:00 AM, with end times typically between 1:30 PM and 4:30 PM depending on workload, OR Monday through Thursday 4:30 PM to 5:00 AM.Temp-to-hire opportunity with occasional overtime available based on customer demand.Conduct quality checks, set up materials, review schedules, and prepare equipment needed for daily production.Assist with machine operations, support production crews, and help meet quality, productivity, and waste reduction goals.Maintain a clean and organized work area, complete required paperwork, and follow all safety and environmental procedures.Consistent first-shift schedule with weekends generally free.Opportunity to gain experience working with manufacturing equipment and production operations.Join a team-focused environment where reliability, safety, and hard work are valued.High school diploma or equivalent required; manufacturing experience preferred.Ability to lift, perform physically demanding tasks, work in industrial environments, and handle changing priorities throughout the shift.Basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work as part of a team, and willingness to complete background and drug screening requirements.If you're dependable, enjoy staying busy, and are looking for a career opportunity in manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you.
