General Laborer/AssemblerWe are searching for several hardworking individuals to join the Assembly team in Brighton MI.1st shift: 7am - 3:30pm or 6am - 4:30pm / Monday to Friday.Starting Pay Rate: $18.00/hrComprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance, 401k Retirement Savings, Life Insurance, PTO/Sick Time, and Holiday Pay.The General Laborer/Assembler will be responsible for working as part of a fast-paced team environment, building and assembling custom crates and packaging for automotive, military, and commercial customers.Responsibilities:Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line techniquesMaintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiencyFollow safety protocols and quality standards throughout all tasksSupport various production activities as needed to meet daily operational targetsConduct basic inspections of finished products for quality assuranceQualifications:Manufacturing, shop, or transferrable mechanical experience preferredExperience using hand tools, power tools, and other machinery or toolsAbility to work effectively in a team setting and follow detailed instructionsHigh school diploma or GEDPlease note this position is not on the bus line.APPLY TODAY!
