General Labor / Truss Assembly Builders NeededStart Your Career in Construction Manufacturing Today!We're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our Truss Assembly Team. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and being part of a production team, this is a great opportunity!Pay Rate$15.00/hour for General Labor candidates with no experienceExperienced Truss Builders/Framers: experience with machinery, tools, pneumatic nail/plate presses, automated component saw. Starting at 6:00 AM for a working interview to evaluate skills and determine if a higher pay rate is warranted based on experience and performanceScheduleMonday – Friday6:00 AM – 2:30 PMSome Saturdays required based on production needsJob DutiesAssemble roof and floor trussesRead measurements and follow production instructionsUse hand tools and work around saws and other manufacturing equipmentLift, carry, and move materials throughout the production processMaintain a safe and productive work environmentRequirementsMust bring a 24 oz. Framing HammerMust bring a Tape MeasureReliable transportation and dependable attendance are REQUIREDAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to stand, bend, lift, and work physically throughout the shiftWork EnvironmentNon-climate-controlled facilityLoud work environment due to saws and production equipmentSafety-focused workplaceDress Code & Workplace PoliciesNo face tattoosNo cell phone use on the production floorNo headphones/earbudsNo shirts displaying profanity or offensive languageBackground RequirementsBackground FriendlyCase by CaseMost Important RequirementSHOW UP TO WORK!Attendance and reliability are critical.
