Packaging Associate

A manufacturing company in
Fairview,PA
is hiring Packaging Associates to join their production team! This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to build experience in a manufacturing environment.
As a Packaging Associate, you’ll be part of the production process from start to finish — loading bottles onto the line, monitoring equipment, checking products for quality, and packaging finished orders.
No previous manufacturing experience is required

Responsibilities
Load bottles onto the production line and keep materials moving efficiently
Operate and monitor equipment used to color, coat, or frost bottles
Visually inspect products to make sure they meet quality standards
Package finished products according to customer and company specifications
Label and prepare completed orders for shipment
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Watch for product or equipment issues and communicate concerns to your supervisor
Work with your team to keep production running smoothly
Perform other productionduties as needed
Qualificationsand Skills
Reliable and dependable attendance
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Comfortable working in afast-paced production environment
Good attention to detailand quality
Ability to stand and stay active throughout the shift
Ability to lift, move, and handle products as needed
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Ability to read and write English
Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required!
Benefits/Compensation
Full Time
$14/hr
1st shift 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri
Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
