We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our construction crew specializing in concrete coatings and surface preparation projects. This position requires frequent travel to job sites across multiple states, assisting crews with concrete pours, site preparation, cleanup, and general construction duties. If you enjoy hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a team, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
Assist construction crews with concrete coating and surface preparation projects
Help prepare job sites and materials before concrete pours
Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas at the end of each project phase
Follow directions from supervisors and team leaders
Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Travel to out-of-state project locations as needed
Qualifications
Construction or general labor experience preferred
Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor for extended periods
Lift and carry up to 80+ pounds
Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites
Travel Requirements
Travel 3-4 days at a time to project locations, including out-of-state assignments
Lodging and meals provided while traveling for projects
