General Labor (Food Manufacturing)Romeoville, ILPosition OverviewWe are seeking a hardworking, dependable, and team-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in producing high-quality food products that meet all customer expectations, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Strictly adhere to USDA guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and the SQF Food Safety Code for Manufacturing.Food Safety Standards: Maintain proper hygiene, including strict hand-washing protocols. Immediately report any food safety or quality issues to supervisors or the Quality Assurance team.Line Performance: Keep pace with production demands while giving your best effort to ensure overall efficiency and flow.Safety & Workplace Care: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times. Complete and follow all training related to safety, QA, and USDA rules.Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly and effectively with your supervisor and teammates.
