NOW HIRING: Powder Coater / Production Laborer
$20hr. | Full-Time | 1st Shift Available

CHOOSE YOUR SHIFT!
1st Shift
Monday–Friday
6:30 AM–3:00 PM
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Apply powder coatings and assist with finishing operations.
Rack and un-rack parts for processing.
Package finished products for shipment.
Operate the pretreatment wash booth while wearing required protective equipment.
Assist with general labor and various shop operations.
Use tools and equipment such as power drills, sanders, hammers, and power-washing equipment.
Assist with forklift and overhead crane operations as assigned.
Follow safety procedures and report hazardous conditions.
Jump in wherever needed to help keep production running smoothly!
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 1 year of finishing, manufacturing, or production experience .
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods.
Willingness to learn and assist in all areas of the shop.
Reliable transportation and a valid, clean New York State driver's license.
Willingness to wear required PPE, including a face respirator, face shield, goggles, and gloves, depending on the task.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
