They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.Keys to Success in this RoleAt least 18 years of ageValid NY State driver's license required.Responsible to safely and efficiently operate equipment such as but not limited to tractors, loaders, forklifts, trucks and lift equipment.Responsible for Harness Racing track preparations and racing requirements.Ensures proper operation for harness racing events to include but not limited to live racing, qualifying, practice track and jog track.Assist with building and grounds maintenance.Assist with all projects of varying disciplines under direction of qualified tradesmen.Assist with set up of events and seasonal decorations of all facilities.Assist with snow removal and ice control of parking lots and pedestrian walkways.Helps to ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and OSHA regulations.All other duties as assigned.Promotes outstanding customer relations.Able to lift 85 lbs. repeatedly.Able to stand/walk/kneel for extended periods of time. Able to work in extremes of weather.
