Job description
General Laborers / Restoration TechniciansWe are actively seeking General Laborers / Restoration Technicians for a growing property restoration company in Leominster, MA. In this role, you will assist with light demolition, cleanup, and restoration projects related to water and fire damage in residential and commercial properties.ResponsibilitiesPerform light demolition and removal of non-salvageable materials from homes and businessesPrepare and stage job sites according to remediation needs while helping prevent further property damageUse and maintain equipment, tools, products, and supplies needed to complete restoration projectsFollow safety procedures and company guidelines on all job sitesQualifications1-2 years of experience in construction, demolition, landscaping, cleaning, or a related field preferredAbility to work occasional overtimeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the workdayMust have valid DL and clean driving record to drive company vehiclesSchedule & PayMonday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PMOvertime and double-time opportunities availableOn-call rotation every other week with additional bonus pay$21-$23/hour DOE, with higher pay available for candidates with direct restoration industry experience
