Yard AttendantCompensation: $18-$23/hr | Pay is based on experienceLocation: St. Croix Falls, WISchedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 7:30am – 5:00pmTri-State Bobcat is seeking a dependable Yard Attendant who takes pride in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment to join our St. Croix Falls team. This role is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to get into the industry, learn the field, and build a strong foundation while supporting daily operations as part of a stable, long-term team.Essential Functions:Assist customers with loading and unloading of equipmentOperate various types of equipment and move equipment and supplies around the yard as directedRespond quickly to a variety of requests in assisting other associatesManually move supplies and parts into inventoryMaintain company safety standards and yard organization and cleanlinessMaintain cleanliness and organization of the building.Thoroughly clean and detail machinery using pressure washers, degreasers, and hand tools to maintain professional appearance and prevent buildup of debris.Minimum Qualifications:Experience operating a Bobcat or similar compact construction equipment2+ years' experience working in customer serviceHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with reliable transportationAble to lift items up to 75 lbs.Comfortable working outside in hot, cold and/or inclement weatherSuperior customer service skillsStrong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervisionBenefitsHealth, Dental & Vision InsuranceCompany-paid Life & AD&D, plus supplemental options401(k) with company matchPTO begins accruing your first day, plus 7 paid holidaysTax-Free Boot AllowanceCompany-provided uniforms with weekly laundering serviceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Career advancement opportunities within a growing organizationAbout Tri-State BobcatTri-State Bobcat is a leading regional provider of compact construction equipment and outdoor power solutions.
