Job PostingSnelling is seeking dependable General Laborers/Assemblers for a busy manufacturing shop in the Alabaster, AL area. The company has a large number of orders that need to be completed and is looking for reliable individuals to help assemble seismic towers.Job Duties General Laborers/Assemblers:Assemble seismic towers using screws, bolts, and basic hand toolsFollow assembly instructions and ensure components are properly securedStand for extended periods while workingRegularly stoop, bend, kneel, reach, and work in various positionsWork as part of a small shop teamMaintain a clean and organized work areaAssist with other general labor and assembly duties as neededSchedule:Normal hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with overtimeSome Saturdays are required while the company works to catch up on ordersRequirements of General Laborers/Assemblers:Previous assembly, manufacturing, construction, or general labor experienceMust be dependable and ready to workMust be able to stand for extended periodsMust be able to stoop, kneel, bend, and reach throughout the workdayMust be comfortable using basic hand toolsMust be able to work well as part of a small team
